Know every person.
Grow every ministry.

KnowMyChurch is how a growing church stays a family — every member and household known, every group shepherded, every child safe at check-in, every visitor followed up — with the administration running quietly underneath. Member records are free; add the modules your ministry needs.

No card. No sales call. Your church's site is ready in minutes — or try the demo as any persona, no sign-up needed at all.

Your own site on your own private databases. We email you the moment it's ready.

Bring your people in

Start with member records — free — and switch on modules as your ministry needs them.

The modules

One church system, in pieces you choose.

Every church is different, so nothing here is compulsory. Start with People — free — and add what your ministry actually runs on.

Free

People

Member and household records, contact details, the member directory, self-service profiles and corrections, a digital membership card, and member sign-in.

Groups

Small groups at any depth your church uses — leaders and oversight, weekly reporting, a meeting planner, who has not reported, and a public find-a-group page.

Children

Age-banded classes per campus and service, check-in and check-out with a family code, guardian consent, teacher registers, a parent's diary, absence lists.

Events

Public listings, member and household registration, waiting lists, rosters, attendance, and on-the-day check-in.

Care

Visitor welcome cards, prayer requests, dedications and baptisms — each on a workflow with stages, a desk that owns it, and a tracking link for the person who asked.

Follow-up

What happens after a visitor's card: a timeline of contacts per campus and service, a caller's queue, reminders, automatic closure.

+ usage

Messaging

SMS, WhatsApp and email to members, with your church's own sender identity and a spend cap you control. Includes a monthly allowance; further credit as you need it.

Soon

Giving

Online giving, receipts and contribution records — coming after the first churches are aboard.

Assistant

An assistant that answers your staff's questions from your church's own guides and records — not from the internet's idea of your church.

Made for here

Built for how India's churches actually work.

The world's church software was built for another continent's habits. KnowMyChurch was built the other way round — starting from the mobile number, the family SIM, WhatsApp, the rupee, and congregations that worship in more than one language.

Your mobile number is the identity

Members sign in with an OTP to their own number — and a family sharing one SIM simply pick their name. No email address required, because for many congregations email is the front door closed, not opened.

Global platforms sign everyone in by email.

WhatsApp and SMS, where India actually reads

OTPs, class notices and event reminders over DLT-registered Indian SMS and WhatsApp — reaching every mobile in the congregation, with a spend cap the church controls.

Email-first tools talk to inboxes nobody opens — most can't text an Indian number at all.

Rupees, monthly, on the page

₹700–₹4,000 per module per month by congregation size — no dollar billing, no forex card, no annual contract. A 200-member church runs three modules for about ₹2,100 a month.

Global platforms bill in dollars, annually — typically lakhs a year at this size.

Three languages, one church

English, Hindi and Telugu carried through services, classes and forms — and the interface is ours, so your language can be next.

Translation queues at a vendor abroad are where such requests go to wait.

India's data law, minded from inside

Hosted in India, with DPDP-aligned consent handling and an automated compliance monitor inside the product — not a policy PDF, a live score.

Data residency is an afterthought when the product was built for another country.

Your name on the door

Your church's own web address, your logo, your vocabulary on every screen — zones, cells, schools, whatever your ministry calls things.

One-size platforms make every church talk like the software.

Pricing

The price is on the page.

Per module, per month, in bands by how many member records you keep. You pay for your size and what you use — nothing else, and nothing behind a sales call.

Why trust it

Your data is yours. We mean it.

Separate by construction

Every church runs with its own databases. One church can never see another's members — not by policy, by architecture.

Never destroyed, never hostage

If a module lapses, its screens stop — your records don't disappear. Export your own data any time.

You can leave

If KnowMyChurch stops being right for your church, take everything and go. A platform that makes leaving hard is one churches are right to distrust.

See it working before you decide anything.

The demo is a real church site for a fictional congregation. Pick any persona — a pastor, a group leader, a parent — and sign in with their invented number. No OTP is ever sent: the code appears right on the screen. Break nothing, and picture your own congregation in it.
